Caterina “Cat” Tadlock is a Professional Counselor Associate registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists. She provides telehealth therapy for individuals ages 18 and up and is currently practicing under the supervision of S. Jane Hohmann , PhD., LPC.

Having grown up in Coos County, Cat is passionate about giving back to her local community and increasing access to compassionate mental health care. She brings a warm, creative presence to her sessions and often incorporates her love of horses and animals to create unique, engaging therapeutic experiences. Cat draws from multiple evidence based modalities including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy,  and IFS. Cat is also trained in EMDR therapy and supports clients who have experienced traumatic events.  Her approach is client-centered, blending evidence-based practices with personalized strategies to meet each client where they are.

Cat is currently accepting new clients through telehealth and welcomes individuals covered by Oregon Health Plan (OHP) as well as most major insurance providers.
