Jamie is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. She graduated cum laude from Southern Oregon University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Jamie’s therapeutic approach is integrative, with a strong foundation in psychodynamic theory. She focuses on helping clients recognize and break free from patterns that may be impacting their emotional health, relationships, and overall well being.

Jamie is committed to professionalism and continued growth in the counseling field. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and the international counseling honor society, Chi Sigma Iota.
