Jordan (she/they) is a graduate student at Adams State University pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is currently completing practicum and internship training at Gentle Breeze Counseling under the supervision of S. Jane Hohmann , PhD., LPC. Jordan is passionate about learning and growing as a clinician while providing compassionate, ethical care. Their work is grounded in a person centered approach that honors each client’s unique experiences and strengths.

Jordan’s therapeutic perspective also explores the environmental and societal factors that influence mental health, while incorporating practical tools and interventions clients can use outside of the therapy space. They strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.

Outside of school and clinical work, Jordan enjoys playing French horn with the Sunnyside Symphony Orchestra, strength training, gardening, and spending time with their dogs.
