Marion Peters is a Professional Counselor Associate registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, as well as a master’s degree in Liberal Studies and Creative Writing from Dartmouth College. Marion works with adult clients, offering both in-person sessions in the Medford office and telehealth services across Oregon.
Marion provides warm, compassionate support to individuals navigating difficult seasons and periods of growth. Her approach is grounded in person-centered, narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), creating a space where clients feel understood while building clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
Her areas of focus include trauma, including survivors of child abuse, domestic violence, and sexual violence, as well as life transitions, emotional regulation, and personal growth. Marion brings a thoughtful, trauma-informed lens to her work and is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen and heard.
Outside of her clinical work, Marion enjoys fly fishing, hiking, and spending time with her family, including her dogs, Tango and Cleo.
